Although our agency "locked" a file for us we are on hold right now. The CCAA's web site is down. Our agency cannot submit our paperwork electronically. Our agency, which is on the east coast, is working diligently after hours and this weekend to communicate with the CCAA to see if they can get our file and other AW families' paperwork accepted.
The file of the little girl that we accepted will be locked until 2:00 PST. After that time if AW cannot submit our data she will become unlocked an open for another agency to lock.
God is sovereign. We trust Him to accomplish His will. If this little girl is meant to be in our family He alone will bring it to pass.
