A day in the life.

It was an attempt to make some cute little paper dolls.

Sounds harmless, right?

Not in this house.

If you click on the picture, you will see, up-close, the hundreds (possibly thousands) of teeny, tiny ABC pieces, that Maylie oh-so-generously decorated the floor with.

Well, she was either decorating, or having a slight clumsy moment. Personally, I'm inclined to think it was the latter....

Whose ideas was it to put THOSE in a small child's craft kit???

Anyhoo, as you can see, she was very eager and willing to clean it up.
Yeah, she's just that kind of child.
Mm-hmm.
Oh, don't worry, all the little ABC's got found and put away in their little canister.

The only problem is, that SOME sister, who shall remain nameless, neglected to do the sweeping after breakfast.

So, Maylie hun, if you're planning on using those ABC's anytime..... just remember to count in all the toast crumbs.

Don't worry, I'm sure it'll give the craft a nice, textured feel. :)

But hey, at least the craft turned out cute. :)
